The song explores the tension and pressure of a challenging relationship, expressing feelings of claustrophobia, aggression, and the struggle to break free. Its lyrics are intentionally vague and evocative, painting a sonic picture that is both urgent and intense.

The track features Joshua Pope on drums and percussion, Jared Lake on bass and backing vocals, and Elizabeth Whitney on backing vocals. Production, recording, mixing, and mastering were handled by Dean Stairs at The Citadel House.
