"Céu Azul" is a mid-tempo, Brazilian Bossa Nova love song about the passage of time. Involving themes of the four seasons, "Céu Azul" eloquently connects nature to our experiences in life - both happy and sad. The warmth of the simple, delicate melody of the song is comforting and peaceful, and Ana hopes to have listeners find the traditional Brazilian rhythm to be easy to listen to and relaxing.
Though Ana has been a vocalist for the majority of her life, song-writing is a new endeavour for the artist. As she hones her new song-writing skills, Ana is learning that she has no particular method of creating her songs and bringing them to life. Inspired by walks in nature, travel, and live performances, and playing on an instrument, for the very first time Ana's beautiful voice and independently written lyrics and music are coming together to create her very own sound.
Congratulations, Ana!

Check them out! They are awesome to work with!!
When the first COVID shutdown happened, I was gigging regularly as a side musician and nearing the end of my first year of university, and all of a sudden all of my classes and gigs were cancelled! It was super surreal, but it allowed me to rediscover the joy I felt as a solo artist. I had taken a hiatus from my solo work for a few years but continued writing. I figured there was no better time to finally make and release the album than this summer! I have been in university full time this year, while trying to promote the album at the same time, so things have been busy. But I’m almost at the end of the term now, so I’ll be focusing a lot more on music over the next few months
