This is a Trad/Newfoundland evening. Be prepared for a great night of jigs and reels in the vein of great Newfoundland songwriting—in short, “Our stories told by our people.” Big Jib Duo is the father-son tandem of Curt & Joseph Blackmore. Hailing from George's Brook-Milton, the guys front the Clarenville-based band, Big Jib. The guys have just released their first album with the band, which includes original songs penned by Curt framed by the musical style of Joseph. The guys hope to add their own page to the musical canon of traditional Newfoundland music. Concert Tickets are by reservation.
